Light wear to extremities, mild dust-soil and some sunning to wrappers, faint foxing to rear wrapper and inner wrappers, with a few patches of old adhesive-pull to front cover, and a few hair-line tears at spine; text is uniformly lightly tanned (without being brittle), with a few old, faint splash marks to upper right edge of textblock that do not encroach into the margins; complete, but only Very Good.
Well-preserved issue of this successor title to Detective Tales (1922-24), which ran for 68 issues between 1924-1931. Contents include contributions by MacKinlay Kantor, Frederick Nebel, Kadra Maysi, Walt Mason, Al Bromley, Tom Curry, Jack Woodford, and others.
