Square octavo (21cm); publisher's unprinted white card wrappers; thick white paper dustjacket, with letterpressed titles and a black & white photograph mounted to front panel; publisher's translucent glassine overlay and blue-grey paper slipcase; [xiv],60,[2]pp, with 30 photographic portraits tipped in throughout the text. While not called for, this copy has been inscribed by Williams on the half-title page to Herb Leibowitz and his wife: "For Herb and Susan / Love from Jonathan / NYC 1998." Fine in a Fine dustjacket; glassine has a hint of sunning to spine, else very Near Fine; slipcase a little edgeworn and gently sunned; about Near Fine.
