Hint of sunning to crown, else a fresh, Fine copy, with the pictorial elements unrubbed. In the original dustjacket, priced $1.00 at mid-spine; a bit shelfworn, spine-sunned, with gentler sunning to panels, a faint whitish stain to upper rear panel, with shallow losses to spine ends and upper edge, with several tiny nicks, tears, and attendant creases – many of them discreetly mended with old tape on verso; Very Good only. A substantial book of toasts for all occasions, originally published in 1904, with each toast elaborately illustrated. A striking copy, seldom found in the scarce and fragile dustjacket.
