The left half features a portrait of Jesus Christ and the Sacred Heart, next to the lyrics for Smith's song "Hymn." Her signature, illustration of a crucifix, and a note along lower margin are reproduced from holograph ("PSG / Palladium 22/23 Mai 79. Wave. The friendliest extension of a salute! r.e.f.m."
