INTERNATIONAL MAIL (Canada and outside the United States)
SURFACE MAIL IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS.
1. INTERNATIONAL PRIORITY MAIL to Canada (6-10 days), $20.00 for the first book, $5.00 for each additional.
2. INTERNATIONAL PRIORITY MAIL to ALL OTHER COUNTRIES (6-10 days), $35.00 for the first book, $10.00 for each additional.
3. INTERNATIONAL EXPRESS MAIL to Canada (3-6 days), $32.00 for the first book , $5.00 for each additional.
