Octavo (24cm); pictorial paper-covered boards and American flag-patterned cloth backstrip, with title label mounted to spine; publisher's original acetate dustjacket; [8],9-115,[5]pp, with a full-page pastel illustration of a colorful creature waving a flag that says "Pussy." Fine in a lightly rubbed, Near Fine dustjacket. Housed in a custom clamshell case.
