Octavo (22.25cm); black cloth, with titling and author's facsimile signature stamped in gilt on spine and front cover; dustjacket; 244pp, with 24 pages of photographic plates bound at center. Inscribed by Cash on the front endpaper: "To Wayne White / Good luck / Johnny Cash." Fine in a very Near Fine dustjacket, unclipped (priced $6.95), with some pinpoint wear to crown and corners.
